Shipping
*How much is shipping?
At this time we are no longer able to offer international shipping, our sincere apologies. All domestic orders for belts and leather accessories ship out via USPS First Class Mail approximately one to two weeks after being ordered for the low shipping cost of $6.99 for belts and $4.99 for smaller items. We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $125. Shipping costs have been on the rise but we strive to keep costs as low as possible for you!
*When will my belt arrive?
Your belt or leather accessory is made-to-order and crafted by hand in 7-10 business days and will ship via USPS First Class Mail to arrive in 3-6 business days.
*Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently, we're only able to ship domestic orders.
Sizing
*What size belt should I order?
Order your Marakesh Leather belt to match your current jean size, simply as that! Instead of ordering a size or two sizes up, simply select your current jean size in inches and we'll take care of the rest.
*What if I am in-between belt sizes, like a 33 instead of a 34? Can my belt be custom sized?
Yes, we are happy to custom size your belt for whatever size your currently are (and we provide for "seasonal" changes with holes in each direction). In the "Notes" section of our checkout page, simply type your current jean size and we will fit your belt accordingly. Or feel free to email us anytime with belt sizing specifications.
Belt Returns/Exchanges
*What is your return policy?
Because our belts and accessories are custom-fit and made-to-order, we do our best to avoid returns. However, if your belt doesn’t not fit properly or you're not happy with it for whatever reason, we're happy to make sizing adjustments or offer exchanges, returns or store credit. Buckles
*Can I use my own belt buckle?
Yes you can! All of our belts feature a durable snap that allows for easily attaching different buckle styles, snap away!
Materials
*What are your belts made from?
Our belts are all handcrafted from full-grain American cowhide leather. Each piece is cut, embossed, dyed, assembled and custom-fit by hand. Unlike store bought belts, that split, crack and peel apart, our belts are one solid piece of leather and will last you for many years to come!
