At Marakesh Leather, all of our belts and accessories are handcrafted and made-to-order from start to finish. Because of the custom-fit nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds but will gladly accept exchanges or returns for store credit. Exchanges or returns for store credit must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
Please note that a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs apply to all belt exchanges. For additional information, see our "Restocking Fee Policy" section below.
What if my belt does not fit properly?
If the belt you purchased does not fit, but was the size ordered, we will accept an exchange or request for store credit, but as the BUYER, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs BOTH ways and a one time re-stocking fee of 15%.
If we make an error in the sizing of the belt you ordered, we will gladly make and ship you a new product free of charge!

Restocking Fee Policy
As a small handcrafted business we cut each belt from premium American cowhide shoulders and custom size each piece to match your exact pant size, creating a one-of-a-kind leather belt original. Our restocking fee is not intended to gauge, but rather ensure that we are able to provide you with an original, awesome and affordable leather belt that will last for years to come.
Our business is rooted in exceptional service, unique craftsmanship and customer experience. We are willing and happy to work with you before custom sizing your belt to ascertain additional sizing information and can often accommodate custom sizing requests.
If we make an error in the sizing or design you ordered, we will gladly make and ship you a new product free of charge.
If an item is damaged or defective (as determined by us), we will gladly fix or replace it for you.
If you experience seasonal changes and need your belt adjusted, come on by our booth in the world famous Pike Place Market and we will gladly punch extra holes or trim the length for you!
How to Make a Return/Exchange
Step 1. Please email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization and confirm return/exchange details.
Step 2. After we confirm your return request, mail the item/s (which must be unused, in good condition) to:
